About Us

The PREVEN Training project aims to prevent burnout and reduce work-related stress in health and social care settings. We empower VET trainers and care professionals with practical tools to strengthen communication, teamwork and emotional resilience. Through a self-assessment tool, an interactive learning pathway and a digital trainer guide, PREVEN supports effective upskilling and continuous professional development. These tools are built with VET providers and frontline staff and connect soft-skills training with everyday professional practice. We believe that healthier, better supported workers create safer, more compassionate care for everyone.

Self Diagnostic Test

An online game that helps health and social care professionals assess their level of expertise in four key soft skills: problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and building empathic relationships. The test highlights how these skills influence stress levels, workplace relationships and the risk of burnout. By giving users a clear picture of their strengths and development areas, it supports more confident, resilient and safe professional practice, helping them recognise their role in preventing negligent behaviour.
